Thomson Instrument Company SINGLE StEP Empty Columns (patented) are available in a wide range of sizes that allow for seamless connection to FPLC/LPLC/MPLC systems. These columns are designed for use with Gravity or FPLC/LPLC/MPLC (up to 200 PSI) in sizes that range from 10mL-650mL (4g – 300g). Both top & bottom connections are standard Luer fittings. Thomson also offers a 1.2L resin reservoir that simplifies column loading. The 1.2L reservoir screws directly to the top of 25g, 40g and 80g SINGLE StEP Empty Columns for easy loading of buffers, solvents and samples to minimize contamination and sample loss. A bottom frit is included with each SINGLE StEP Empty Column, matching top frits are available for purchase. Thomson manufactures its products in the USA to assure same day shipping.
