Vintage Bluing Reagent, also known as Scott’s Tap Water Bluing Substitute, is a uniquely formulated hematoxylin stain to be used in place of Gill hematoxylin. No daily filtering required. Rapidly provides unsurpassed nuclear chromatin delin-eation with no affinity for background staining. May be used for both histology and cytology applications and is also recommended for frozen section staining.
