Product Description

Designed to detect EGFR C797S mutations (c.2389T>A and c.2390G>C), this kit uses FAM/HEX-labeled probes. The primers and probes come in an air-dried format, with a 113 bp amplicon length. It includes a 4-6% plasmid insert positive control and is verified with the Digital LightCycler and 5x DNA Master. Store at 4°C to 25°C. Reconstituted reagents remain stable for up to 60 days at 4°C to 8°C.
