Product Description

The LightMix® Digital EGFR S768I assay kit is designed for the precise detection of the EGFR S768I mutation (c.2303G>T) in human genomic DNA. The kit includes air-dried oligo mixes with FAM/HEX-labeled probes and BHQ2 quenchers. The assay provides an amplicon length of 80 bp and includes a positive control with a 4-6% plasmid insert. It is verified with Digital LightCycler and Digital LightCycler 5x DNA Master. Storage: Store at 4°C to 25°C. Reconstituted reagents stable for up to 60 days at 4°C to 8°C.
