This kit detects EGFR G719X mutations (c.2155G>A, c.2156G>C, c.2155G>T) with FAM/HEX-labeled probes. It includes air-dried primers and probes, with an 81 bp amplicon length. The positive control comprises a 4-6% plasmid insert. Verification was performed using the Digital LightCycler platform.
