Product Description

The LightMix® Digital EGFR L861Q assay kit detects the EGFR L861Q mutation (c.2582T>A) in human DNA with high sensitivity. The kit contains air-dried primers and probes labeled with FAM/HEX, along with BHQ2 quenchers. The amplicon length is 76 bp, and a 4-6% plasmid insert positive control is included. Verified using the Digital LightCycler platform. Storage: Store between 4°C and 25°C. Once reconstituted, stable for up to 60 days at 4°C to 8°C.
