Product Description

This kit targets EGFR L858R mutations (c.2573T>G and c2573_2574delinsGT) in human DNA, using FAM/HEX-labeled probes. The primers and probes are supplied as an air-dried oligo mix with an 84 bp amplicon length. The kit includes a 4-6% plasmid insert as a positive control. The assay is validated with Digital LightCycler and a 5x DNA Master. Storage: Store at 4°C to 25°C. Reconstituted reagents stable for up to 60 days at 4°C to 8°C.
