The LightMix® Digital BRAF V600K assay kit is meticulously designed for the detection of the BRAF V600K mutation (c.1798_1799delGTinsAA) in human genomic DNA. The kit includes air-dried oligo mixes with FAM/HEX-labeled probes and BHQ2 quenchers for accurate mutation analysis. The amplicon length is 81 bp, and a positive control with a 4-6% plasmid insert in genomic DNA is included to ensure reliable results.
