Nucleic acid from up to 25 mg fresh-frozen tissue. Cell-free nucleic acids (cfNA) from up to 4,000 µl plasma. The isolated nucleic acids meet the quality standards required for highly sensitive quantitative PCR/RT-PCR analysis
