Sensilite™ is a dispense-and-read, ultra-high sensitivity Firefly luciferase detection assay system for the quantitation of Firefly luciferase expression in mammalian cells. sensilite was designed to provide maximum signal intensity for assays requiring the most sensitivity, and is suitable for use in a tube or 96- and 384-well microplate format.

sensilite is ideal for:

  • Research activities in the gene transcription regulation, miRNA, signal transduction and viral replications areas, where maximum sensitivity is needed
  • High throughput assays employing continuous processing methodology
