Product Description

This polypropylene deep-well storage plate, 96 x 2 mL square well, v-bottom is made from a medical grade polypropylene for a reduction in leachables and to make it ultra clean. It is recommended for the growth of bacterial cultures or storage of compounds. It offers a 2 mL working volume when sealed with cap seals. The pyramid bottom makes sample retrieval easier, and improves mixing within the well by creating a sloshing effect rather than a vortex when agitated. The polypropylene construction offers a low binding surface to prevent samples from sticking to the side walls during elution, and is chemical inert for combinatorial chemistry applications.
