Maxwell RSC 48 Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification Products (Cat.# SA1357, SA1358, SA1359): Installation Qualification service product includes instrument checks, documentation of instrument functionality and demonstrates that everything ordered with the instrument is supplied and installed at the customer’s laboratory. Installation by qualified Promega personnel; Inspection of shipping containers, instrument and accessories; Comparison of items received vs. items purchased; Inspection of laboratory conditions (power, etc.); Review hazards and precautions; Confirmation/installation of correct firmware version; Testing of instrument; Recording and documenting installation. The Operational Qualification (OQ) service product demonstrates instrument functions. Running operational verification tests; Documenting all calibration and test results; Training user to operate the instrument; Completing customer-specific log book, instrument sticker and OQ documentation.
