The 10X Flexi Enzyme Blend (SgfI and PmeI) is required to screen Flexi Vector clones for the presence of the protein-coding region of interest. This enzyme blend can also be used to cleave PCR products prior to cloning into the Flexi Vectors or transfer protein-coding regions between Flexi Vectors.
