The Onso library prep kit enables fragmented DNA inputs (e.g., enzymatic, mechanically-sheared, or native) to undergo single-step end-repair and A-tailing reactions to prepare for ligation to adapters.

Suitable sample types supported include cell-free DNA, PCR amplicons, and any pre-fragmented DNA at 10-1000 ng input range.

Supports 96 samples per kit.
