Information
This is an online, two-day, personalised training course for up to two participants. Work with one of our expert instructors to gain a comprehensive overview of our technology, and to run sequencing experiments on your MinION under their supervision.
MinION Flow Cells (x2) andsequencing kits (x2) are included in this training.
A pre-training discussion will be organised to plan and design your training to include your chosen samples as well as the Oxford Nanopore control experiment. The training will cover:
- Technical considerations for when planning your nanopore sequencing experiments.
- Preparation of up to 2 sequencing libraries (1 ONT control + 1 user sample)
- Flow cell priming and loading.
- Configuring and running the MinION
- Introduction to basecalling and EPI2ME analysis solutions
- Tools and resources available to help you get started.
**Third-party reagents are provided by the customer. Any consumables sent to the customers site by Oxford Nanopore Technologies may be subject to local tax charges which will be payable by the customer.
