Information
This is a bespoke, 2.5 day training course, conducted on-site, for up to four participants. Work with one of our expert instructors to gain a comprehensive overview of our technology, and hands-on experience on running sequencing experiments on your GridION.
A pre-training discussion will be organised to plan and design your training to include your chosen samples as well as the Oxford Nanopore control experiment. The training will cover:
- Experimental design and QC
- Library preparation including (1 ONT control + upto 4 user samples)
- Flow cell priming and loading.
- Configuring and running the GridION
- Introduction to basecalling and EPI2ME analysis workflows
- Tools and resources available to help you get started.
Flow Cells (x6) and sequencing kits (x2) are included in this training.
**Third-party reagents are provided by the customer. Any consumables sent to the customers site by Oxford Nanopore Technologies may be subject to local tax charges which will be payable by the customer. A travel surcharge may apply depending on location.
