The Native Barcoding Auxiliary V14 (EXP-NBA114) expansion contains additional library preparation reagents for the Native Barcoding Kit 24 and 96 V14 (SQK-NBD114.24 and SQK-NBD114.96), and the Multiplex Ligation Sequencing Kit XL V14 (SQK-MLK114.96-XL), for another 12 reactions. This is to enable customers to use any unused barcodes in their Native Barcoding Kits.
To use this kit, ensure to purchase the Sequencing Auxiliary Vials V14 (EXP-AUX003) to provide the flow cell priming reagents.
The Native Barcoding Auxiliary Kit V14 (EXP-NBA114) can only be used with Kit 14 chemistry. This kit is NOT compatible with our previous kit chemistries.
