The Monarch Spin High-Capacity DNA Cleanup Kit (100 ug) offers higher DNA cleanup capacities and yields compared to our Monarch PCR & DNA Cleanup Kit (5 ug), while maintaining the convenient spin column format for silica membrane-based DNA cleanup. This high-capacity version efficiently purifies and concentrates up to 100 ug of high-quality, double-stranded and single-stranded DNA from enzymatic reactions such as PCR, restriction digestion, ligation, and reverse transcription. The kit features precision-engineered spin columns uniquely designed to enable low elution volumes as little as 50 ul, resulting in highly concentrated DNA suitable for downstream applications. The spin columns are compatible with microcentrifuges, centrifuges, and vacuum manifolds, without additional plastic accessories. The optimized buffer system helps ensure efficient DNA binding and purification, without the need to adjust pH.
