Product Description

NEBNext® Low-bias Small RNA Library Prep Kit reliably generates high-quality NGS libraries from total (0.5 ng - 1,000 ng) or enriched small (0.05 ng - 5 ng) RNA. The kit's reagents and workflow together minimize the amount of bias exhibited by the resulting libriaries. This means that the libraries are more accurately reflective of the various small RNA species and their relative proportions in the sample. For optimal flexibility in multiplexing, the NEBNext Low-bias Small RNA Library Prep Kit is designed to work with the NEBNext LV Unique Dual Index Primers (Sets 1-5), which must be purchased separately; 480 indices are available.
