The 920 Absorber Module can, in addition to Combustion IC, also be used for the direct absorption of gas compounds (NH 3, HNO 2, HNO 3, HCl, SO 2) in the air as a semi-online sampler. Thus, for example, Air Monitoring can be operated for the immissions monitoring of process waste gases, ambient air or workplace conditions, e.g. volatile inorganic acids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid).
