These instrumentation feedthroughs have SHV-10 coaxial connectors on the air-side and vacuum side. The alumina insulated nickel conductor is rated for 10,000V with the shield grounded, at a maximum current of 5A. An air-side SHV-10 cable plug is included with the feedthrough but a vacuum-side plug is not. Feedthroughs of this type are designed for welding into a suitable through-hole in a flange.
