SeaSpray U Series Nebulizer

SeaSpray Nebulizer 2.0 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.75 mm ID x 1.6 mm OD x 700 mm long tubing (1 pc.) and EzyLok Connector Kit (1 pc.). Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0 L/min and sample flow rate is 2.0 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 2.0 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. Tolerates up to 20% TDS. We recommend the use of the Elegra Argon Humidifier to achieve best performance with high TDS. Replacement parts include P/Ns NFT-16-75 and EL-1. Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N FLUKA25) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N 70-ELUO). When nebulizer is not in use, best to store in the provided hard plastic case. Consider upgrading to our new Direct Connect (DC) SeaSpray to take advantage of the cost-effective design improvements.
