proFIRE® instrument kit includes: 1 proFIRE® high-performance purification and fraction collection system with tablet-based user interface, 1 proFIRE® portable fraction collector for easy sample handling, and 1 proFIRE® starter pack. Starter pack includes 1 chromatographic column, 1 Hamilton injection syringe (250 µl), 1 bottle containing 50 ml 10x proFIRE® Buffer A, and 1 bottle containing 50 ml 5x proFIRE® Buffer B.
