Superdex 200 Increase small-scale 3.2/300 SEC columns

Enhanced performance: improved resolution and runtime compared to predecessor Superdex 200.

Very high resolution: small bead size and narrow particle size distribution provide high resolution, for high protein purity.

High flow rates: rigid beads give excellent pressure/flow properties.

Superdex 2NANA Increase is the next generation of size exclusion chromatography (gel filtration) media offering versatility and higher resolution within a shorter time frame compared to Superdex 2NANA. The Superdex 2NANA Increase 3.2/3NANA column is well suited for microscale preparative purification such as the polishing step in a purification procedure, where µg amounts of highly sizehomogenous target proteins can be achieved. It is also well suited for characterization of proteins, such as aggregate analysis of antibodies, size homogeneity analysis of membrane proteins, or proteinprotein interactions, where highquality data can be achieved.

Smaller Bead Size Increases Resolution

The increased resolution of Superdex 2NANA Increase compared to Superdex 2NANA is a result of the smaller bead size (mean bead size 8.6 µm), giving higher purity and better analysis results.

The Superdex 2NANA Increase 3.2/3NANA GL column is a versatile tool in your protein purification toolbox, perfectly suited for e.g., antibodies. The medium has a broad fractionation range that allows separation of a large variety of proteins (Mr 1NA NANANA to 6NANA NANANA) with an optimized resolution for the antibody molecular weight range (Mr 1NANA NANANA to 3NANA NANANA).CleanInPlace for VersatilitySuperdex 2NANA Increase medium is alkali resistant and supports cleaninplace (CIP) procedures, which allows you to benefit from the column versatility by using the same column for different proteins. Alkali resistance differentiates agarosebased media from silicabased media. In addition, the possibility to the clean the medium ensures a long lifetime for column. Superdex 2NANA Increase reduces your runtime compared to Superdex 2NANA. The highflow agarose base matrix has excellent pressure/flow properties, which in combination with the smaller bead size allows for high flow rates and increased resolution.
