IMAC Sepharose 6 Fast Flow, 25 mL

Supplied uncharged, for customized metal ion charging and optimized selectivity.

Suitable for purification of histidinetagged (histagged) proteins when nickel is not the best choice of metal ion.

Based on wellestablished Sepharose Fast Flow resins.

High chemical stability enables proven CIP and sanitization protocols.

Hydrophilic base matrix ensures low levels of nonspecific binding and low levels of host cellderived impurities in the elution pool.

IMAC Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is a member of Cytiva's range of immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) resins, designed for highquality capture and intermediate native or recombinant protein purification. This resin is commonly used to purify histagged proteins, but also untagged recombinant or native proteins.

Resin is composed of crosslinked 6% agarose beads modified with a chelating ligand, which is immobilized to the base matrix. The highly crosslinked resin enables high flow rates and productivity. Resin is supplied uncharged, allowing the user to charge with the metal ion that has optimized selectivity for their target protein.
