CONFLICT MINERALS SOURCING POLICY:

It is our policy to comply with our obligations under regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 13(p) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Our suppliers are expected to ensure that parts and products supplied that contain “conflict minerals” (i.e., columbite-tantalite (coltan), cassiterite (tin), gold, wolframite (tungsten), or their derivatives) are “DRC conflict-free” (i.e., that such “conflict minerals” do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country). Our suppliers will or have established appropriate policies, due diligence frameworks, and management systems that are designed to accomplish this goal. We will work with our suppliers to provide such information to our customers as requested and to take such other actions as necessary to enable GSS to comply with its obligations under regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission promulgated under Section 13(p) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
