Starter pack includes: 1 heliX^® adapter biochip; 1 cleaning chip; 1 heliX^® amine coupling kit; 1 binding kinetics tutorial kit; 1 fluidic and kinetics test kit; and general reagents and consumables. The Application Pro Package ""appPRO"" is designed to enable researchers in government institutes to optimally use heliX technology and includes: installation; 2 days of user training; 2 additional heliOS software licenses; 2 years of free software updates; 2 years of remote assay development support; and 2 days of on-site consultation or training within the first two years after installation.
