Superdex 2NANA Increase is the next generation of size exclusion chromatography (gel filtration) media offering versatility and higher resolution within a shorter time frame compared to Superdex 2NANA. The Superdex 2NANA Increase 1NA/3NANA GL column is well suited for smallscale (25 – 5NANA µl) preparative purification such as the polishing step in a purification procedure, where mg amounts of highly sizehomogenous target proteins can be achieved. It is also well suited for characterization of proteins, such as aggregate analysis of antibodies, size homogeneity analysis of membrane proteins, or proteinprotein interactions, where highquality data can be achieved.
