Product Description

Each vial set includes twenty-four 5mL frosted polyethylene vials, each loaded with one (2155) 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) steel grinding ball. The 24 vials are packaged in a foam vial holder within a sturdy polyethylene carrier that has the same footprint and height as a deep-well titer plate. Carrier fits 2189Geno/Grinder clamp; used in pairs. Replacement vials and steel balls may be purchased separately. To use, simply add the sample and solution (if desired) to each vial, screw on the vial cap, and place the entire carrier into the 20102010 Geno/Grinder. Run up to four vial sets at a time for high-throughput tissue homogenization and cell lysis. Sold as a case of 10 vial sets.
