Customers

Government Scientific's customer base consists of federal research and testing facilities, state and municipal research and testing facilities, federal contractors, and commercial laboratories. Our customers are located around the world and we support them by shipping internationally.

How to use this site:

1. At the top of the page, click the "User" icon.
2. Enter your email address and password, and click "Login".
   If you are not registered:
   1. Click "Register"
   2. Enter your information in the required fields
   3. Click "Register"
   4. Once you have been registered into our system, you will receive an email to verify your email address. If the email is not in your inbox, check your "Spam" folder. Once you have verified your email address, your account will be approved within 24 hours. If not, please contact our IT Department at gss-it-department@govsci.com.
3. Once you have logged in, you may either search or browse by supplier
4. To add items to your cart, click into each item, enter the quantity, click "Add to Cart"
5. To check out, click "Continue Checkout" and enter the necessary information and click "Place Order."
6. To check order status, track packages, and view order history, click the "User" icon and click "My Account"
